He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Culmer and Myrtis Culmer; his wife Sonia Batson; and his son Cory. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Culmer (Diana), Samuel Culmer and Lisa; his grandsons, Jonathon Silva (Katie) and Joshua Culmer (Clare Schachtely); his brother Donald; and his nieces, Paula and Paulette Culmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
