Frank Costa Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel V. Costa and Marie Costa; his wife Katie; his daughter Mary Anne; and his siblings, Marie, Manuel, George, Louis and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Kathi Downey (George) and Frank Costa Jr. (Kim); his son-in-law Charles Rios; his grandchildren, Shelby Walter (Mike), Kasi Maguire (Timm), Charlie Rios, Kylin Bray (Taylor) and Paige Rios; his great grandchild Mylah Bray; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Avila, May Costa, Haroldine Domingos and Jerrie Domingos. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
