Though Forrest may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Forrest leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Gary Libby. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Libby; his sisters, Andrea Libby and Sherri Hodson; his daughter Katie Leone; and his granddaughter Barbara Leone (Babs).
