It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belia Delgado of Lompoc, California, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Silva Terrones and Atilana Garcia Terrones; her sons, Joe and Raymond; and her husbands, Vicente Garcia and Tony Delgado.

She is survived by: her sisters, Consuelo Terrones and Hortencia Robles of Lompoc; her children, Jennie Centeno of Lompoc, Carmen Amador of Lompoc, Tillie Sandoval of Lompoc, Rachel Chavez of Lompoc, Lisa Garcia of Lompoc, Rita McLain (Tom) of Oxnard and Theresa Rodriguez (Roy) of San Bernardino; and her grandson Vincent Garcia (Julie) of Oregon. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, great-great-great grandchildren.
