She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Costa and Mary Vance Costa; her husband Lyle; her son Larry; her grandsons, Gavin and Damien; and her sisters, Margaret, Mary, Betty, Carolyn and Karen.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Starcher of Arroyo Grande, Marilyn Silbaugh (Gary) and Michael (Laura) of Lompoc; and her brother David Costa (Fran) of Simi Valley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
