He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Christina Anderson (Frank), Tony Cayabyab and Teresa Lane (Brian); his grandchildren, Zachary, Quenten, Syrus, Benecio, Brooklyn, Noelani, Owen, Kenley and Zoe; and his great grandchild Frankie.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Foundation, an organization close to Tony's heart.
