Robert Trey John Reese III Obituary
Trey, aka Robert John Reese III, was only 7 years old when the Lord called upon him. He fought a life long battle of a heart defect called, Truncus Arteriosis. He underwent several life saving surgeries and the last one he had in August of 2017, was the most complicated; it was replacing his leaky valve with an artificial valve.
He did well and recovered like a champ, as he always did. He started school at Moreno Elementary as a kindergartner, then transitioned into first grade at Seneca Elementary. He loved video gaming and you tubing.
His favorites were Minecraft, PJ masks, minions, and five nights at Freddy’s. Cinnamon Toast Crunch, chicken nuggets, and takis were his favorite foods. He was the best friend any kid could have, and the best son any mother and father could have.
Although he was born with a broken heart, he was always full of life and loved life. Just after Christmas break started of 2017, Trey developed cold like symptoms.. he got worse and was admitted to Loma Linda Hospital. He was diagnosed with phnuemonia, which then turned septic.
Things started improving as doctors and nurses worked endlessly around the clock and was going to be taken of the respirator, when he turned for the worse. He developed a brain hemorrhage and lastly the infection attacked around his heart. He was in coma, and doctors gave us the most devastating news any parent could hear.
Trey passed on January 13th at 10:49pm. He leaves behind many heartbroken family members including, his mother, father, 2 brothers age 10 and 9, and a little sister age 1.5. Along with paternal and maternal grandparents, 2 uncles, 3 aunts, cousins and many many family and friends.
He is peace, love and perseverance. He is truly an angel from God, and is painstakingly missed every day.
