He was predeceased by: his parent William Dicke; and his sister Barbara Haseman. He is survived by: his parent Marie Dicke (Montoure); his wife Debra; his sons, David, Daniel and Wilson; his brother David Dicke (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, David Haseman, Glendon Ward (Yvonne), Dan Ward (Cindy), Nancy Piccolo, Joan Abel, Joyce Heim (Wayne), Luella Ward, Mina Landsverk (Bruce), Mary Rettler (Sam), Anita Theobald (Ray), Colleen Ward and Lisa Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
