She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Willingham and Easie Willingham; her siblings, Dwayne and Sybil; and her granddaughter Felicia.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Tina), Jeff (Brenda) and Debbie (Jerry); her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Joseph, Max of Kyle, CJ, Kendra, Mitch and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Kaileigh, Kade, Hazel and Kristopher.
