He is survived by: his parents, Herbert Welsch and Arlene Welsch (Risse); his wife Barb (Roemer); his siblings, Charles Welsch (Susan) and Lyndy Ramella (Bruce); his siblings-in-law, Robert Roemer (Irene Terry) and Ann Roemer; his nieces, Kelly Roemer and Kristy Ramella; and his nephew Andrew Roemer (Ulla).
