He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Cody Duncan (Andrew), Stephanie Cutler (Ian) and Mike; and his grandchildren, Cameron and Presley. He is also survived by 8 sisters, 5 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of San Joaquin.
