She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Mader (Frye) and Al Mader; and her husband Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Blixt, Shawn Kavanaugh (Lois) and Brenda Kavanaugh; her grandchildren, Stephanie Blixt, Erin Kavanaugh and Jared Kavanaugh; and her brother John Mader (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
