She is survived by: her parents, Dana Sparks and Myla Knittel-Sparks; her brother Jerrod Sparks; and her children, Seth Furr, Haylie Casey, Paiten Casey, Owynn Casey (Ethyn Casey) and Jeff Furr (Brian Casey).
