He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Spike Hensley and Helen Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Hensley and Tina Marie Taylor; his brothers, Dustin Roush, Mike Davis and Robert Frey; his nephews, Aden and Jaxon Roush; his grandmother Phyllis Hensley; his uncles, Britt Hensley, Brian Hensley and Jimmy Johnson; and his aunt Chris Hensley-Krejsa. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
