He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fuqua and Goldie Fuqua. He is survived by: his wife Judi Fuqua of Linden; his children, Kevin Henry Fuqua, Sherrie Lynne Fuqua and Nicholas John Fuqua; and his brother Mike Fuqua.
