He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Oliver and Wilda Simon (Schommer); his father-in-law Raymond LaBeau; his sister-in-law Mary LaBeau; his stepfather Edwin Simon; and his sister Carole Simon.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Danielle Oliver and John Oliver (Kacie); his grandchildren, Andrew, Steven, Elizabeth, Vila-Jean and Vohn; his great grandchildren, Adrian and Skyler; his sister Sandra Arend (Larry); his mother-in-law Clarice LaBeau; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond LaBeau, Barbara Annis (Mike) and Renie John (Smig). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
