She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lavenia Pickeral and Jesse Pickeral; her uncle Jerry Bingham; her husband Ronald Lewis; her children, Ryan Cook, Brian Lewis and Shannon Anderson; and her siblings, Annette Lee and Terry Pickeral. She was also cherished by her 6 grandchildren.
Renee Lewis has requested that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Saint Judes Children's hospital in her name.
