He is survived by: his spouse Louise Ballew; his children, Bryan Hickingbottom (Linda) and Aleacia Pinkey (Dan); his grandchildren, Derek Fauth, Ariana Fauth, Ben Fauth (Becca), Emily Hickingbottom and Matt Hickingbottom; his great grandchildren, Skylar Fauth, Ryan Scott and Owen Fauth; and his sisters, Marie Bowlin and Kellie Messenger.
