She is survived by: her parents, Walter Jacobsen and Elsie Jacobsen (Tardel); her children, Jon Heinz of Lodi, CA and Jonelle Tannahill (Richard) of Loomis, CA; her grandchildren, Jenna Strain (Smokey) of Laramie, WY, Makay Butz of Atascadero, CA and Kelsey Norton (Jeremy McCormick) of Palm Desert, CA; her great grandchildren, Beau, Kiera, Everett of Atascadero, CA, Wyatt, Kaleb of Laramie, WY, Journey and Everly of Palm Desert, CA.; her sister Nancy Hogstrom of San Diego, CA; her brother-in-law Gary Heinz (Earlene) of Carson City, NV; her niece Branda Julian (Tom) of Carson City; and her nephews, Brad Heinz (Debi) of Carson City, Brian Hogstrom (Janet) of San Diego, CA and Dana Jacobsen of San Jose, CA..
