She is survived by: her daughter Colleen; her spouse Michael Kohl; her mother Lolamae VanWyk; her daughter Tracy Ortman; her granddaughter Hailey Mae Kohl; her great grandchild Wyatt Michael West; her sisters, Cathy Trujillo (Mark), Patti Thomas (Jeff), Lynn Robinson (Richard), Vicki Picard (Pete), Terri Vander Steen (Mark), Jill Mansfield (Jody) and Wendy Looker (Dennis); her friends, Mary Taylor, Debbie Sturn (Peter) and Karen Karls; and also, Becky Reider (Butch), Steve Kohl, Jeff Kohl, Laurie Kohl, Tom Kohl (Lori) and Barry Kohl.
