He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Damilano and Mary Macario; his wife Joyce Ann Vigh; and his daughter Karen Vazquez. He is survived by: his daughter Kala Cummings; his sons-in-law, Gary Cummings and Adam Vazquez; his granddaughters, Christine Cummings, Laura Vazquez and Lianne Vazquez; and his great grandchildren, Holly and Ivy Martin.
