He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Evilsizer and Ed Evilsizer; and his siblings, Jimmy, Chester, Robert Evilsizer, Rose Ann Evilsizer, Frances Sue Walters, Mary Kathryn Pearce and Evelyn Merchant.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Doggett Evilsizer; his children, Chance Evilsizer and Heather Hasbrouck; his grandchildren, Coty Evilsizer, Dalton, Levi Hasbrouck and Carissa Franco; his great grandchild Maia Joy; and his sister Cynthia Bruemmer (Jim). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, and cousins.
