He is survived by: his wife Audrey Foley Statham; his sisters-in-law, Norma Statham, Shirley Statham and Leatrice Statham; and his children, Gail Lavery, Cheryl Kesinger, Jayne Statham, Judy Pickrell, Ted Foley and Trina Ward.

In lieu of flowers Kennith requested donations be made to Hospice of San Joaquin.
