He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mathiowetz and Sarah Mathiowetz (Kraus); his wives, Donna Glock and Jackie; his daughter Diane Davis; his son-in-law Harold Davis (Ace); his sister Dolores Goldberg; his half-sister Connie Guth; his stepdaughter Debbie Jackson; and his stepgranddaughter Corinna Miner.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Sarah Azevedo (John); his great grandchildren, Cameron, Colin and Connor; his sister Carole Stieff; and his stepdaughters, Tracy Moulton (Gene), Cheryl Monroe (Virgil) and Cindy Miner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
