He is survived by: his wife Cathie; his children, Jacob, Christy, Joe, Josh, Stephen, Timmy and Emily; his grandchildren, Donavan, Devan, Dominic, Benji, Ian, Ivory, Levi, Mila, Haven and Maverick; and his sister-in-law Debbie. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
