She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold McCoy and Arlie McCoy; her siblings, Janice Johnson and Trellen McCoy; and her husbands, James Haley and Darwin Lewis.

She is survived by: her sons, James Haley (Jeanette) and Jeffrey Haley; her grandchildren, Jenna Domingo (Dustin), Taylor Haley and James Willis Haley; and her nephew Arthur McCoy.
