He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Wakefield (Spike) and Ann Wakefield. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Donald Blackwell; his grandson Terry Blackwell; his brother Richard Wakefield (Jan); his sister-in-law Margie Preszler; and his pets, Reggie and Roxie. He is also survived by her three daughters, also five nieces.
