She was predeceased by: her parents, Natividad Cardona and Maria Cardona; her husband Ramon "Ray" Constancio; her siblings, Annie Forsythe, Bruno Cardona, Sally Vigil, Lucille Maes and Mary Dutra; her son-in-law John Chavez; and her granddaughter Stella Chavez.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Alveras, Richard Constancio, Virginia Chavez, Rebecca Chavez and Mona Amador (Ron); and her brother John Cardona. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
