Eddie" Richardson passed away peacefully with loved ones at her side after a sudden, unexpected illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud & Daisy Jones and her beloved husband of 48 years, "Bob"Robert Richardson. Eddie's survivors include her sister MaryLynn (Dan) Duggan of Idaho Falls, Idaho; son Scott (Carmella) Richardson of Lodi; daughter Lora (Bruce) Fry of Acampo; grandchildren Kadie (Paul) Peletta of Sacramento; Robby (Nicole) Richardson and Matt Richardson of Lodi; Mohrgan and Julia Fry of Acampo, and great grand- children Peter Peletta, Amelia and Noel Richardson. Eddie was born and raised in Redding, California. She graduated from California State University, Chico and enjoyed 27 years of teaching History and Honors English, mostly at Daniel Webster Middle School in Stockton, Ca. Eddie was an active member of Woodbridge Golf and Country Club; enjoyed time visiting with neighbors, friends and family; crossword puzzles; golfing; playing bridge; dancing; reading and traveling. A private burial was held May 22, 2018 at Cherokee Memorial in Lodi, Ca. A celebration of Life will be held June 5, 2018 from 11:00am to 3:00 pm at Woodbridge Country Club in Woodbridge. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Hospice, SPCA or of personal choice.
