Perry; his children, Allen of Tioga, PA and Callie (Eric Walker) of Lindley, NY.; his grandchildren, Sophia, Saige (Mingo) and Rebel; his sisters, Linda (Rick) of Seattle, WA, Rhonda (Jeff) of Lodi, CA and Jerilyn (John) of El Sobrante, CA; and his former wife Kim (Wendell).
