He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Frame and Doris Frame; and his siblings, Terry, Ricky and Linda.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra, Laura (Mike) and Erik (Ashlie); his wife Debbie; his daughter Sandy (Justin); his grandchildren, Tayt, Jaime, Layla, Lincoln, Lucas, Kyle, Aubrey, Mylynn, Camon and Taija; his great grandchild Bentley; his brother Dean (Sharon); and his father-in-law Earl. He is also survived by numerous extended family members including sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to South Sacramento Kaiser Hospice.
