She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nieland and Amanda Nieland (Tews); her brothers, Delmar (Adeline), Marvin (Jan) and James Nieland; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Maas, Howard Maas and Elwood Harke.
She is survived by: her spouse Eugene Maas; her sons, James Maas (Clare), Milwaukee, Mark and Appleton; her grandchildren, Jason, Erin, Sara and Joel Maas; her great grandchildren, Charles, Cody and Nathaniel Maas; and her sister Beverly Harke of Kimberly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
