“Celia was married to my cousin Richard who was deceased. She and I kept in touch by phone from time to time. I hadn't heard from her in awhile so I tried to call and e-mail and neither went through so I was afraid she might have passed and this confirms my fear. She and I never met. Only spoke by phone but I consider her family. Unfortunately I do not know any of her family or how to contact them. I am sorry to hear of her passing but based on her faith, she has gone to a better place. I would like to express my sympathy to her family. She was a friend I never met!”
