With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl A. Elkins (Lodi, California), who passed away on July 22, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Elkins and Roma Elkins; his wife Phillis Elkins; his son Michael Folks; and his brother Chester Elkins.

He is survived by: his significant other Renate Hambrook; his son Phillip Folks; his daughter-in-law Carol Folks; his grandson Taylor Folks; and his siblings, Ralph Elkins (Marilyn), Genevieve Smith, Emory Elkins (Nancy) and Carlile Elkins (Rhonda). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
