He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Price; his daughter Kelley Hall; his parents, Cecil Price and Anna Marie Price; and his brothers, Ron Price and Jerry Price.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Vincelet (Kirk) of Ohio; his sister Norma G. Price of Woodbridge; and his grandchildren, Natalie Hall, Kevin Vincelet and Leslie Vincelet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his many buddies and friends.
