He is survived by: his wife Maria Cortez Carlos; his children, Vicente Cortez Jr. (Maira Alejandra), Carmen Maravilla (Jesus), Maria Nava (Ildefonso) and Irma Ramirez (Abelino Jr.); and his siblings, Alfonso Cortez, Miguel Cortez, Daniel Cortez, Rosa Ortega, Carmen Cortez Mendoza, Josefina Cortez and Trina Bartlett. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
