With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lee Asay of Livermore, California, who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 100. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Lee Asay to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Asay and Cloie Burgess; and his siblings, Perry, Oren, Larilla, Dixie, Vern, Emerald and Dory.

He is survived by: his sister Ramona; his wife Edith Kirk; his daughter Connie (Don); and his grandchildren, Tammy LeCheminant (Mark), Loren Lee (Kristin), Darren Lee (Debbie), Lora Mather (Brady), Steve Lee (Jodi) and Aaron Lee (Anne). He is also survived by Grandpa said he had carried grandma and moms' picture with him and wrote grandma.

Watching him respectfully bless the sacrament in his home during covid-19 for he and grandma was a reverent and holy experience. During covid-19 when things seemed unpredictable and scary, grandpa would assure me that it would be ok and would all work out.

Donations may be made in the name of William Lee Asay Hope Hospice and to the Missionary Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
