We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2020, at the age of 87, Robert Albert Bonnel of Livermore, California, born in Martinez, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bonnel and Mildred Bonnel; his wife Dorie Bonnel; and his brothers, Don Bonnel and Jack Bonnel.
He is survived by: his former wife Doris Mae Giannotti of San Jose, CA.; his children, Michael Bonnel (Sheila) of Coarsegold, CA, Jeff Bonnel (Laura) of Tracy, CA and Denise Bonnel of Oroville, CA.; and his grandchildren, Christine, Brian, Mark, Eric and Melissa. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
While Bob's death was not related to Covid19, he would certainly argue the point that the lack of live sports for the last 5 months probably contributed to his passing.
