He is survived by: his parents, Charles Garner and Harriet Garner; his sister Nicole Garner Craig; his aunts, Esther Falcon, Mary Ann Hawkins and Cathy Lindsey; and his uncle L. J. Miller, Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins, friends and extended family.
