It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Higgins Jr. (Livermore, California), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Levi Higgins and Clara Higgins; his wife Katherine Maples Higgins; his sisters, Ina Whetstone and Sharon Gunter; and his children, Karen Beidler, Carol Dickman (Dennis), Diana Lyons (Patrick) and Dennis Higgins (Sabrina). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 8 great, great grandchildren.
