Clemons (Livermore, California), born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 12, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie and Ella; and his siblings, Marvin and Halliebee Clemons. He is survived by: his wife Anne Clemons; his children, Patricia Norton and Tracy Clemons; and his stepdaughter Kym Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
