She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Neault; her children, Jaycen, Jaxson and Addy; her parents, Gene Rose and Evelyn Beauchamp; her stepparents, Tammy Rose and Steve Beauchamp; and her siblings, Brandon Rose, Tyler Rose, Cameron Rose, Steven Rose, Tim Beauchamp, David Beauchamp and Valerie Peterson.
The family would like donations to go to St Judes Children's Hospital or Mesothelioma Research Foundation of America in lieu of flowers.
