It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Proctor (Livermore, California), born in Bloomfield, Iowa, who passed away on July 14, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Proctor and Ermal Proctor; and her brother Ivan Proctor. She is survived by: her nephews, Brad Proctor (Cora Proctor) and Kurt Proctor; and her sister-in-law Deanne Proctor.
