He is survived by: his parents, Jim Perry and Cheryl Perry; his sister Christine Foster; his brother-in-law Mike Foster; his nieces, Caitlyn and Madison; his children, Julie Walsh and Steve Walsh; and also, Matt, Tara Givens, Justin and Carrie Hansen.
