He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth of Livermore, CA; his wife Jane; his mother Marilyn Bigelow; his stepfather Gary Bigelow of Hayward, CA; his siblings, Dave Phillips of Anchorage, AK, Robert Phillips of Hayward, CA and Michele Whidby of Akron, OH; his siblings-in-law, John and Margie Rucker of Chico, CA; and his father-in-law Keith Rucker of Chico, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
