He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lilliella Samuel Willis, Martha and Willie Jones; his cousin Harold Dean Jones; his nephew David Latrell; and his niece Kayla Baker.
He is survived by: his parents, Edgel Samuel and Jane Samuel (Jones) of Broken Bow; his siblings, Willie Duane Samuel (Daniella) of Litchfield, MN, Sondra Kay Baker (Keith) of Broken Bow, Michelle Tonihka (Dewayne) of Battiest and Kimberly McKinney (Donovan) of Broken Bow; and his close friend Stacy Cutting.
