He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Wiley and Mary Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Wiley; his children, Donald Wiley (Karen) of Chico and Lynn Hassel (Bob) of Champaign, IL; and his brothers, Raymond Wiley (Elaine) of Auburn, CA, Ron Wiley of Oakland, CA and John Wiley (Ruth) of Reno, NV.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
