In the sacred silence of farewell, Betty Lou is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Betty Lou's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Preszler and Esther Preszler (Weishaar); and her husband Albert Malsam. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Kruger (Fred) and Laurie Malsam (Jim Buranis).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Callaghan Mortuary (3833 East Ave, Livermore, CA 94550). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery (3885 East Ave, Livermore, CA 94550).
