It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carter (Livermore, California), who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick and Randy; her daughters-in-law, Lana and Sherese; her grandchildren, Melissa, Michelle, Ben, Emelise and Isaac; her great grandchild Taylor; and her sisters, Carol, Janis and Sandi.
