She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Willis Horn; her husband Otto Speckert of Live Oak, CA; her children, Scott Speckert of Yuba City, CA and Kraig Speckert (Tawna); her grandchildren, Audrey and Erik Speckert of Franklin, TN; and her siblings, Martha Wetstien (Willis Horn Jr.) of Arizona, Dorthey Boone of Live Oak, CA and Jack Horn of Nevada.
